The City of Hays is accepting bids for the installation of street pavement markings at various locations in the City of Hays, KS.  Estimated quantity includes 30,639 LF of 4” yellow, 6,180 LF of 6” white, 1,057 LF of 12” white, 203 LF of 12” yellow, 2,230 LF of 24” yellow, 138 Arrow symbols, and 4 Railroad Crossing symbols.   Bids will be opened at 3:00 pm on June 4, 2019. Special Requirements:
Existing pavement markings must be thoroughly removed, and the pavement surface properly prepared prior to installation of new pavement markings. Removal and replacement of pavement markings shall be in accordance with Section 806 and 808 of the Kansas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications, 2015 Edition and any subsequent Special Provisions.
