  • The Neighborhood Revitalization Program provides a tax rebate on qualified improvements to residential and commercial properties in the designated areas of Hays. The program is designed to provide an incentive for residents to redevelop and revitalize their property. The property must be located within the designated boundary and the project must meet a minimum investment of $25,000 for residential and $50,000 for commercial.
