A City of Hays press briefing is scheduled for Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers in City Hall, 1507 Main Street. Toby Dougherty, City Manager, will be in attendance to review the December 19, 2019 Hays City Commission Work Session agenda.
