The Office of Project Management is responsible for a wide variety of technical tasks related primarily to the development of infrastructure improvements and community development projects. Functions include:
Managing construction contractors and engineering consultants hired by the City
Reviewing concept plans, site design, and construction documents
Assistance with water distribution, sanitary sewer collection, stormwater management systems, transportation, and other public and private infrastructure improvements
Inspection and final acceptance of public infrastructure improvement projects
