The City Clerk / Finance Office strives to provide friendly and efficient services in a professional manner to all citizens. Services provided include: billing and collection of water, sewer, and refuse services; issuance of various licenses and permits; payroll; and receipt and distribution of City funds. The City Clerk / Finance Office is also responsible for recording, indexing, and filing of minutes, ordinances and resolutions.
